Inky dark core with a garnet rim. Floral notes of violet, blackberry, cassis, mild oak and gingerbread spice. The palate is still youthful and restrained, fresh berry fruit with some oak and grippy tannic presence, yet good purity and length, should develop after some further cellaring.
