Youthful dark purple colour. Intense nose showing new oak, vanilla and roasted notes with ripe dark plum, cherry, leather and dry spices. The palate is dense and ripe but boasts a nice freshness, young but ripe tannin, crushed plum, sloe berry, orange zest and clove flavours, an unctuous fruitiness with a long and lingering finish. Still youthful and tight but utterly promising.
