Bright and pale straw colour. Youthful nose offering some vanilla, toast, and oak, with fresh white-fleshed fruit, citrus, lemongrass, and fresh herbs. The palate shows a medium weight and volume, slightly dominated by oak at present, vanilla, wood and dry spice with discreet fruit and a crisp acidity underneath with a light toasted finish.
