Bright light golden with vivid young bubbles. Pure nose showing some toasted notes, roasted almond and hazelnut with sweet citrus, fresh pear and some herbal chamomile notes. Bone dry palate, yet with ripe young stone fruit flavours, a rounded acidity and mild creaminess with some maturity, complexity and fine length.
