Light to medium deep golden colour with a fine gentle mousse. Pure and discreet nose with an approaching maturity and complexity displaying roasted nuts, nougat, wild berries, plum, sweet pear and toast. The palate is more youthful than the nose with a fresh bite, nice density and length with layers of autumn fruit, hazelnut and gingerbread spices, a slight touch of citrus bitterness and a long and grippy finish, nicely assembled.
