Azelia – Margheria – 2012

Medium deep ruby red colour with an orange/tawny rim. Young nose offering red fruit, cherry, wild berries, gingerbread spices and a slight hint of oak. Still youthful on the palate with freshly crushed red berries, pepper and ginger notes, marked but ripe tannins, fresh and vigorous with a long finish. Still deserving some more time in the cellar but potent indeed.
