B Girardin – Point d’Orgue – 2009

Bright light golden colour with a youthful mousse. Some floral notes, chamomile, almond and saffron with pale stone fruit. The palate has medium weight a young texture with foamy mousse, fresh acidity and restrained fruit, pure and zesty but needs time to develop complexity.
