Bright straw colour with vivid fine bubbles. Pure nose, rather discreet with some bread/pastry, butter lemon and pale stone fruit. Medium bodied, youthful fresh grip with sweet citrus, confit de citron, pear and a balanced creaminess. Pure and long finish, nicely balanced.
