Bright pale straw colour with a fine foam of tiny bubbles. The nose displays a hint of oak, ripe stone fruit, pear, plum and sweet spices with some autolytic/vinous notes. Medium bodied with a rounded texture, fine spiciness and integrated oak with some butter, brioche and autolys with a long and harmonious finish.
