Pale youthful straw colour with a mild mousseux. Fresh and pure nose displaying crushed apple, pear, citrus and mild spices. Medium bodied palate, classic dosage level with a round texture, mild bubbles, fresh primary fruit, some citrus, butter and a medium to long finish.
