Bright pale straw colour with a mild creamy mousseux. Sweet nose displaying ripe pear, plum and red berries with pain d’épices. Medium bodied with a lush creaminess and generous fruit, ginger, raspberry and pear with pleasant fruit and a medium towards long finish.
