Pale bright straw colour with a mild mousseux. Pure nose displaying fresh pineapple, pale stone fruit, citrus and almond. Good bite on the palate, fresh and salivating, classically bone dry with white fleshed fruit, plum, a mild creaminess and a fresh medium to long finish.
