France,
Burgundy,
Pale colour, slight green hints. Fragrant nose showing off pure aromas of fresh herbs, lime, some elder flower. Very sauvignon style. Palate is light, bone dry and crisp, attractive in that green fruity zesty lemony lime zest profile. High acidity, youthful, with a medium-long finish. Not a wine for aging, I enjoy it very much now as a gastronomic digest style. Fresh and crisp finish, good purity of fruit.
