Light to medium deep pink colour with a fine mousseux. Nuanced nose displaying ripe red fruit, raspberry, ginger, citrus and floral notes. Good grip on the palate, bone dry with sour red berry fruit, citrus, a mild creaminess, a fresh backbone and a long finish.
