France,
Rhone Valley,
White wine with a medium, deep, golden nuance. Really sweet, floral and perfumed on the nose. This one is displaying like really sweet grapes. It is showing some honey, it is showing some glazed fruit or candid fruits. There is a hint of evolution as well there, turning it a bit more into caramelized, or roasted aromas and some spicy notes as well. The palate is obviously sweet with a quite lushes texture there. Broad with a rather mellow acidity there, a lot of that candid yellow fruit, and that grapey almost Muscat like presence, I would talk about. It gives it a nice mouthfeel, I think that this one feels as well like more of a fortified style rather than a late harvest, because you have, actually, the alcohol which is adding a freshness and bite on the finish there. So really lushes, rounded, mouthfeel of sweet grapey fruit. With a quite long finish, a certain maturity. Definitely to enjoy today and not to keep it any longer.
