Barone Pizzini – Animante L A – NV

Light golden colour with small lively bubbles. The nose is pureand nutty with a lees-derived complexity with brioche, fresh butter, crushed nuts, ripe citrus and pale stone fruit. Bone dry with a great biteand freshness, enough fruit and creaminess to support the dryness, layered with fine bubbles, nutty fruit and ctrus notes with a long and lingering finish, vinous and complex.
