Quite deep golden colour, small bubbles; the nose is mature and complex, it displays autumn fruit, more Pinot Noir like with red berries and a gentle hint of oak and roasted aromas; the palate is broad and mature, yet with fine freshness, autumn fruit, nuts and a creamy mousse that lingers on the finish - good length and complexity.
