Barone Pizzini – Rosé – 2018

Medium to deep pink with a fine layers o bubbles intense and generous nose displaying ripe pinot, raspberry, ginger, clove with lees-derived butter and pastry notes. Rather ample palate with good volume, low dosage and a crisp acidity balanced by unctuous red fruit and nutty notes, soft and mellow creaminess with a floral red fruit-scented finihs with good grip and persistency.
