Medium, deep, golden colour, quite fine and persistent mousse; the nose offers hints of citrus, grapefruit, patisserie and mineral notes; the palate is bone dry with an attractive, firm backbone, very good depth and persistence on the palate; fine creaminess, rather elegant and Chardonnay like with a very good, lingering finish - appealing and attractive.
