Bright light golden with a vivid young mousse. Pure nose offering chalk, lemongrass, ripe citrus pale stone fruit and some pastry notes. Bone dry and distinct palate, refined chardonnay with citrus, hazelnut and floral hints, crisp acidity a rather soft mousse and long pure finish.
