Bright young straw colour with a copper hue and vivid, fine bubbles. Yellow apple, pear, ripe citrus, chalky notes, almond, and fresh butter aromas. Medium weight with good purity and precision, Chardonnay-driven flavours with stone fruit and citrus, some nutty notes on the finish. Bone-dry with good balance and a long, lingering finish.
