Medium deep rosé with a copper hue and fine bubbles. Rather chardonnay dominated nose with fresh hazelnut, chalk, ripe citrus, peach and raspberry with fine autolytic pastry notes. Good bite and tension on the palate, atractive fruit, crushed raspberry, confit de citron, chalk and refined spices with a mild creaminess and very long lingering finish.
