Dark garnet core and a ruby rim. Mature and complex nose with long oak élévage, butterscotch and dry spices with dried fruit, sweet plum, red berries, wild herbs and tobacco notes. The palate is generous with good volume, rounded texture, mild tannin some oak derived spiciness, sweet fruit flavours and a long supple finish. Well matured traditional style.
