Light to medium deep golden colour with a mellow mousseux. The nose is perfumed and floral with notes of saffron, yellow fruit, fresh butter and almond paste. Good grip on the palate, fresh and biting with a salivating freshness, ripe yellow fruit with spicy and nutty notes, perhaps a slight touch of oak, nicely creamy and a vibrant finish with good persistency.
