Bauer Stefan – Gemischter Satz – 2015

Medium deep golden colour. Sweet and intense nose with almond paste, saffron, yellow fruit and honey resembling a sweet wine. Rather concentrated palate with some tannic/bitter presence, tropical fruit flavours, a hint of caramel and sweetness with a rather long finish.
