Bauget Jouette – Carte Blanche – NV

Medium deep straw colour with a pink hint. Rather fruit driven nose with windfall bruised pear and apple, oxidative style. Quite full body with sweet fruit, high acidity and generous ripeness/dosage, medium to long finish and young creamy mousse.
