Bauman Zirgel – Selection de Grains Nobles – 2009

Medium deep golden colour. High inensity and ripeness on the nose, honey, malt, yellow fruit and mirabelle. The palate is fairly sweet and ample with fresh pineapple, honey and ripe citrus flavours, unctuous and round with mild acidity and a rather long, persistent finish.
