Bright young straw colour. Pure, mineral and discreet nose offering lime zest, lemongrass, seaweed and white fleshed fruit. Very bright palate with good tension and a mouthwatering sensation, discreet young fruit notes and a long pure finish. Nicely done in a restrained style, the opposite of generous and fruity!
