Belin Gérard et Olivier – Extra Brut – 2011

Light golden colour with a fine creaminess. Generous nose, ripe fruit like plum, pear, ripe citrus and a hint of brioche. Good bite on the palate, firmly dry towards Extra Brut it seems, well balanced with a fresh backbone, ample fruit, fresh butter, plum and pear with a fine creaminess and good persistency.
