Bellavista – Brut – 2011

Medium deep pink with an energetic mousse. The nose is rather complex with some development and autolytic notes, crushed nuts, butter and some new oak blend with red berries and citrus. The palate has a good grip, rather full bodied with fine harmony, bright and fresh with an underlying acidity lifting the ripe red fruit, good length and extract, as powerful and fresh rosé.
