Bellavista – Brut – 2012

Bright light golden colour with a fine creamy mousse. The nose is youthful with white fleshed fruit, crushed apple and pear with citrus and almond. Medium weight on the palate, a gentle bitterness and mild creaminess with a rather long fresh finish.
