Bellavista – Pas Operé – 2010

Bright light golden with a fine mousse. The nose is pure and floral, white fleshed fruit, apple, pear, some herbal notes and stony/mineral character. The palate is crisp and fresh, medium bodied in a pure style with elegant fruit, floral notes like lemongrass and ginger, good persistency and grip.
