Pale colour, quite youthful, a lot of very tiny bubbles here; medium-deep straw colour. Fresh nose, generous with youthful primary fruit. There’s some floral notes, chamomile; some grapey notes. Nice creamy texture here, rather light-bodied with a slight hint of sweetness, but very generous with that grapey sensation, that notion of freshly crushed grapes, some notes of green apple, citrus. Medium-long, quite light creamy finish. Pleasurable and well-made for this style.
