Benard Pitois – NV

Medium deep pink, quite vivid mousse, quite vinous nose with hints of citrus, green banana and yeast. The palate is fresh, medium bodied with a good mousse, high acidity and citrusy fruit, some hints of green herbs and lime, medium to long finish.
