Light golden colour with medium sized bubbles. Some development and autolytic notes on the nose with fresh butter, almond, citrus and yellow fruit. Medium bodied palate, fresh backbone and a creamy mousse, zesty citrus notes, crushed nuts and a medium to long finish.
