Bergsig Estate – Icarus – 2015

Rather intense medium golden colour. Intense nose as well showing roasted oak, butter, vanilla and tropical fruit notes. Full bodied palate but still young with roasted oak dominating the palate, ripe and buttery fruit with a young acidity and a medium to long finish. Should get some time to settle.
