Bright straw colour, fine but lively bubbles. Aromatically it starts out with some oak, discreet but elegant fruit with citrus, peach and pear, still quite youthful. The palate is bone dry with a fine creaminesss and ripe fruit adding roundness, spicy hints of liquorice and ginger, rather long finish, a slight hint of oak, still rather young but certainly drinkable with potential for further cellaring.
