Medium deep rosé colour with a bright orange hue and medium sized bubbles. Discreet fruit, some nougat, pink grape, citrus and white fleshed fruit. Fresh and distinct palate, bone dry with a fine creaminess, a mild spiciness, some autolytic complexity and good length. Still a bit youthful, could still gain flesh and weight from further ageing.
