Rather dark pink colour with a lively mousse of mid sized bubbles. Pure and generous nose feeling very Pinot noir like with crushed red berries, plum and pink citrus, still on the youthful side but nice purity and a medium bodied palate, full with freshness and attractive red fruit, fine spiciness with hints of « pain d´épices », and a crisp fairly long finish.
