Bright straw colour with a green hue and vivid small bubbles. Pure nose showing rather Chardonnay notes, crushed almonds, citrus zest, apple and pear with some floral notes. Nice mouthfeel, medium bodied with a gentle creaminess, bone dry with a vigorous acidity, young and restrained fruit, but still enjoyable in its firm bone dry style with some autolytic, bready notes and good persistency.
