Bright light golden colour with a lively mousse. Pure nose displaying pale stone fruit, citrus, lemongrass and a hint of brioche. The palate is well-balanced with ripe yellow fruit notes, a creamy mousse adding roundness and texture, good grip and warmth on the finish, quite long and persistent.
