Medium deep golden colour with a fine mousseux. Complex and mature nose offering nougat, toast, butter, ripe stone fruit with fine spices. The palate is rather broad with lush fruit and nuttiness, yet bone dry in an Extra Brut style with well-kept freshness and a long lingering finish.
