Bright light golden colour with a vivid mousseux. Pure nose displaying ripe pear, sweet citrus, wet stone and fresh almond. Rather sleek palate, bone dry with a fresh bite and good extract, a fine bitterness gives a lift, crisp young fruit notes and fine length.
