Bright light golden colour with a vivid creamy mousse. Chardonnnay dominated aromas offering fresh hazelnut, ripe citrus and lemongrass with some chalky notes. The palate has a nice and firmly fresh bite with salivating acidity, rounded mousse, youthful and white fleshed fruit notes with some nutty hints and, a hint of autolytic pastry notes and a generous finish.
