Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure nose with bright fresh fruit, apple, pear, citrus and some lemongrass notes without oak influence. The palate, is pure, bright and fresh, no oak more Chablis-like with crisp fresh fruit, yet with ripeness and a rather long viscous finish.
