Bersi Serlini – Demi Sec – NV

Bright straw colour with a green hue and lively bubbles. Fresh nose with green apple, pear, some floral hints and citrus. The palate is off dry, yet with a fresh bite and well-integrated bubbles, pleasant with pure fruit and a rather long finish. Starts out sweet but finishes rather on the dry side.
