Bright straw colour with a lively young mousse. Fresh and pure nose of apple, pear, citrus, lemongrass and some herbal spiciness. The palate has medium weight with a fresh acidity, youthful and creamy texture with crushed apple and zesty notes, well-balanced with a fresh finish and good persistency and grip.
