Bersi Serlini – Extra Brut – 2015

Bright straw colour and a youthful mousseux. Slightly closed nose needing aeration, fresh citrus and white fleshed fruit notes. Medium weight on the palate, still youthful with a grippy mousse, fresh acidity and rather discreet fruit followed by a medium long finish. Still youthful and restrained needing time.
