Bright and clear straw colour. Pure nose with fine intensity, rather ripe stone fruit notes - peach, lemongrass, fresh butter and a floral hint. The palate nicely combines unctuous yellow fruit notes with zesty lime and lemon zest, good volume and a bright acidity with m mild creaminess and notes of beurre salé leading to a long lingering finish.
