Bright light golden colour with small vivid bubbles. Some notes of vanilla and butterscotch with pear, plum, orange blossom and mild nutty notes. Good grip and nerve on the palate, a bright and cleansing freshness, soft and mellow mousse, youthful citrus laden fruit, fine extract and length, good purity and tension.
